Shipping & Delivery 🚚
- How long does delivery take? Most orders setup is about 15 minutes per product and delivery fees vary by county.
- Do you offer express shipping? In most cases we try to deliver the product the day before your event, so all you have to do is plug in your product. Sometimes it's not possible however, someone will notify you 72 hours before your event with an ETA. 🕒
- Do you offer weekend rentals? Yes. Choose 3 day $150 to ensure an all-weekend rental.
Returns & Refunds 🔄
- What is your Rain policy? You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24-hour notice is given. ✅
- Can I get a refund? We don't provide refunds; due to staffing and logistics however, you can reschedule for a later date.
Payments & Billing 💳
- What payment methods do you accept? Major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment options are accepted. We are looking to add Apple and Google Pay here soon. Payment is secure and encrypted. 🔒
- Can I get an invoice? Yes. Invoices are available and emailed to you as soon as you select the products you would like and place your order. It's included in your order confirmation email. 🧾
- How is my data protected? We use industry-standard encryption and strict privacy practices.
Product Info & Compatibility ⚙️
- How do I know this product fits my needs? Product pages list specs, dimensions, and compatibility. Check those details and FAQs for match confirmation. 📐
- Do I need a Generator? You only need a generator if you don't have access to electricity. If your event is at a Park, Football field, Soccer field, etc. a generator may be needed.
